Great review by Berverley Hudec from the Manly Daily.
"Wait staff are prompt and cheerful. Flavours are moreish. The semi self-service and guessing what's coming next only adds to the fun. "

"...The new Braza is in a great spot for summer, near the beach and giving a boost to an area in need of dining options...it represents top value for money and a fun eating experience..."

Wow. We absolutely loved it. Have never tasted such succulent meat so rich in flavour. The salads were great too. And the roasted pineapple within cinnamon, yum. The staff were both friendly and efficient, and also brought a genuine south american feel to the dining experience. You must check this place out.

Quality food
My husband and I decided to have an impromptu Saturday night dinner at the new Braza in Newport. We didn't have a reservation but because we were there early they managed to squeeze us in. It's great to see a restaurant so full!
Let's be clear, I'm not a huge meat eater so this choice may seem like an odd one, but I checked out the online menu and they had chicken, prawns and array of delicious sides so I knew I'd be fine. Everything was delicious and if we could cook meat like this at home I'd probably eat it more often.
The cuts were lean and tasty and the sides were delicious.
The team was efficient and hard working and the service very pleasant. The decor is modern and comfortable. I'd definitely go back and might even do the cheaper lunch of $24 which offers a selection of the menu. At $38 for all you can eat, the value is great, if you can eat a lot.

We went on saturday night, we tried to make a booking, but no one answer the phone, I left a message and never got a call back, so we turned up to try our luck, we waited 15 minutes or so and got a table.
We were a bit unsure as one of us is a vegetarian, but they have vegetarian options, and she was pleased, just a shame she had meat in her face all night.
We all enjoyed the meat, and there are many varieties to choose from, and they are willing to give you more of anything if you just ask.
We found the service great, and special attention was paid to our vegetarian friend. The restaurant does get noisy as it was full when we went, they could do with some music thou. I was wondering if we would feel ripped off at $42 a head, howeve,r we were all really satisfied with the dinner.
We will be going back for sure, and would suggest it to our friends. Its great to have a different type of restaurant so locally.
