Our Chef
Andre Felicio
Andre’s passion for barbecue was born at family barbecues back in Brazil. When he arrived in Australia, he became a professional chef in Sydney and discovered that the secret to the perfect barbecue lies in the marinades and the sauces. In 2007, he opened the first Braza, and the rest is history.
