FAQ

Churrasco in Brazil is the term for a Barbeque which originated in Southern Brazil. The Traditional Churrasco is our “flagship” and for a set price you will have a variety of unlimited cuts of meats like pork, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood. Also, roasted pineapple coated in cinnamon/sugar and lots of side dishes such as rice, beans, salads, cassava chips, polenta, cassava flour, tomato salsa complementing the barbeque. Basically, in this “all you can eat” style we keep serving you until you say “No more.” and you can always ask for a repetition of your favourite ones.

Despite Braza being the “meat-lovers house”, we do our best to cater for vegetarians. Vegetarians can have one entrée and one main meal, from the vegetarian menu, all the side dishes and some vegetarian skewers from the barbeque at no additional cost.
