Always part of a traditional Brazilian BBQ, our Beef Ribs are marinated in Pear Juice, Maple Syrup, Soy Sauce, Onion, Garlic, Sesame Oil & then sprinkled with Rock Salt just before cooking.

Cooked for several hours, low and slow, making it beautifully juicy, tender, and very tasty.
