Calabresa Sausage – Homemade (‘Linguiça Calabresa Caseira’) – kg
A Brazilian Sausage with an Italian name. Widely used, all around Brazil, as an appetizer to start the BBQ.
We make ours in-house using the Shoulder and the Leg of the Pork, mixed with Garlic, Fennel Seeds, Salt, Black Pepper and a small quantity of Chilli Flakes. Best cooked on the grill.
