Cassava Flour (‘Farofa’).
A traditional dish present in every Brazilian BBQ. You simply roll the meat all over the “Farofa” and eat it, that’s it.
It is made from the Cassava vegetable root, by shredding it the drying.
Our “Farofa” is cooked in a pot with Butter, Onion, Garlic, Green Olives, Raisins, Salt & Black Pepper.
