Our Braza specialty – Very traditional ‘old school’ country Brazilian Sausage. Literally made at Brazilian farms by cooking the Pork Skin for around 4 hours until very soft, then it’s minced together with the Pork Meat and Pork Fat.
For the seasoning, we follow the tradition, using Garlic, Parsley, Spring Onion, Fresh Chilli, Vinegar and a touch of Nutmeg.
