To crumb our Lamb Cutlet we mix Gremalata with our Bread Crumbs. Gremolata is a mix of Garlic, Parsley & Lemon Zest.
Our Lamb Racks are carefully trimmed and frenched to perfection. A very delicate dish, crunchy but juicy at the same time.
