Polenta Chips (‘Polenta Frita’).

Made from a certain type of Corn “Flour” or Cornmeal. At Braza we make ours with Parmesan Cheese, extra Butter, Salt & Black Pepper.

We cut it into thick shape sized chips and deep fry until crunchy.
