Pork Belly skin on (‘Barriga de Porco com pele’) – kg
We highly recommend you cook it in a “bed” of White Wine, Star Anise, Garlic, Onion, Salt & Pepper. In the oven for 3 hours at 140 degrees Celcius. Score the skin and brush it with a mix of Salt and Olive Oil.
Let it cool down, slice it and finish on the wood & charcoal BBQ grill.
Be careful not to burn the so desired Crackling.
