Pork Ribs in BBQ Sauce (‘Costela de Porco no molho BBQ’).

The Ribs are sprinkled with Rock Salt and pre-cooked in the oven. From the oven, it goes straight into our homemade BBQ Sauce (Made in Braza), for then to be finished in the wood & charcoal BBQ Grill.
