Tomato Salsa (‘Vinagrete’).

Together with the ‘Farofa’ and the Potato Salad, this is a must have in any Brazilian BBQ. It’s traditionally eaten with bread at the beginning of the BBQ when you’re feeling hungry and the meat is not ready yet.
